In addition to in-person and non-online based transactions, ThreePond Art uses Squarespace Commerce and its third party providers for selling products and managing orders online. We use Squarespace Payments as our payment solution. Squarespace Payments is a fully integrated, secure payment solution provided to us by our online store service provider Squarespace. ThreePond Art, via Squarespace Payments and its third party service providers, including VISA, Mastercard, Discover, AMEX, debit cards, Apple Pay, ACH transfers, and Square.

SHIPPING
Original Artwork: All original artwork is signed and includes a Certificate of Authenticity. Original pieces are packed and shipped with exceptional care to ensure they arrive safely and in perfect condition. Every original leaves my studio carefully documented and photographed. Depending on the size, value, and destination of your piece, I use one of several trusted art shipping partners who specialize in fine art handling, custom crating, and insured delivery.
For collectors in the Washington, DC area (DC, specific areas within Maryland (MD), and Virginia (VA)) in-home delivery and installation to your home or business can be arranged.
Shipping costs (Domestic and International) are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of the piece. Shipping costs and timelines will be quoted individually after purchase based on your location and piece dimensions, and confirmed before your order ships. All original artwork ships fully insured.
Art Prints: Orders are shipped directly from our professional fine art print studio partners in the United States and around the world. Your prints are made to order and inventory is not warehoused. I have chosen a fine art reproductions model to ensure quality and reduce waste.
Production time is 2–5 business days. Estimated delivery for the U.S. is 3–7 business days. Estimated international delivery is 7–14 business days. Tracking is provided once your order ships.

Free Domestic U.S. Shipping is provided on all art prints.
International orders: Global shipping is available. A flat rate shipping fee is applied according to region as listed below. Customs/duties may apply and are the buyer’s responsibility.
Canada: US$ 30.00
United Kingdom (UK) / European Union (EU): US$ 45.00
Australia / New Zealand: US$ 95.00
Rest of World: US$ 150.00

Please note that all artwork sold online is subject to an additional 6% District of Columbia sales tax.
RETURN POLICY
Original Artwork Returns: All sales are final and non-refundable. You can always contact me for any questions or concerns at Lisa@ThreePondArt.com. All original artwork is shipped fully insured for its purchase value. In the rare event of damage in transit, please photograph the damage immediately upon opening and contact me within 48 hours so I can initiate a claim on your behalf.
Art Print Returns: Because each piece is made to order, returns are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days with photos, and we will replace it promptly.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
